Help when you need it most

It’s not just financial help you’ll receive with ASDA Life Insurance. We’re here to help you and your family cope with the diagnosis of a terminal or critical illness or bereavement.

Getting your family through a difficult time

This care and counselling service is provided when you need it most. Should the need arise, we’ll provide:

  • A personal Nurse Adviser
  • A free home visit from a relevant health professional, such as:
  • Specialist Nurse – Oncology, Cardiology, Neurology or Rehabilitation
  • Occupational or Speech Therapist
  • Physiotherapist
  • Counsellor
  • A care plan, detailing key points from the home visit
  • Contact details and fact-sheets for specialist charities and self-help groups
  • On-going access to your Personal Nurse Adviser by phone

ASDA Life Insurance is provided by LifeSearch and as a policyholder, you’ll qualify for this excellent service - called LifeSearchCare. It’s available to ASDA Life Insurance customers (and their dependants) who’ve been diagnosed with a serious illness or chronic health condition that’s likely to have a long-term impact on their lifestyle or wellbeing.
