Whose products do we offer?

BDML Connect Limited is an independent intermediary offering a range of personal insurances and has access to some of the leading insurers in the market place. (A full list of insurers is available on request.)

Who regulates us?

BDML Connect Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), our permitted business is arranging general insurance contracts. You can check this information on the FSA register by visiting www.fsa.gov.uk/register or by contacting the FSA on

What to do if you have a complaint

We hope that you will be very happy with the service we provide. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with this, we would like to hear from you. In the first instance, please write to The Quality Manager, ASDA Financial Services, The Connect Centre, Kingston Crescent, Portsmouth, PO2 8QL. If you remain dissatisfied with ASDA Financial Services response, or your complaint is about your insurer, you may write to the insurer and if the insurer is a Lloyd’s syndicate you can also write to the Complaints Department, Lloyd's One Lime Street, London EC3M 7HA.

If you are still dissatisfied after receiving a final response letter then you can refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR. Full details will be made available at the appropriate stage of the complaints process

Peace of mind

The Administrators and the Insurer(s) are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit. For compulsory classes of insurance, insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the claim without any upper limit.
